Terms of use

Short, because a website's terms should be. These cover the site itself. Any project we do together gets its own written agreement before work starts. Last updated 9 September 2026.

The site

evoke-livid-five.vercel.app is run by EVOKE, a studio based in Mumbai, India. You can browse it, share links to it, and use the form, booking page and contact links to get in touch. Please do not scrape it, copy the work shown on it, or try to break it.

The work shown

The websites and films shown on this site were made by EVOKE for the clients named. Each client owns its brand. The design, code and motion of this site are EVOKE's. Screenshots of client work are shown with their knowledge, to show what we do, and nothing more.

Enquiries and calls

Sending the form, booking a call or messaging us does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. If we decide to work together, we agree scope, timeline and fees in writing first, and that agreement is what governs the work, not this page.

No prices here

We deliberately publish no prices. Every project is quoted after a call, based on what it needs. Anything a third party claims about our rates is not from us.

Links to other places

Links to client sites, Cal.com, WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to services we do not run. Their terms apply once you are there.

Accuracy and availability

We keep the site truthful and working, but it is offered as is. We are not liable for loss caused by relying on it, or by it being unavailable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Mumbai.
