Privacy policy
EVOKE is a small studio in Mumbai. We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as an enquiry needs, and never sell it. This page says exactly what that means. Last updated 9 September 2026.
Who we are
EVOKE is a brand, digital and motion studio run by Aaryaman from Mumbai, India. For anything about your data, write to aaryaman.golf@gmail.com. We reply within a few working days.
What we collect, and why

We do not run ads, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics is Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. One small setting, whether you turned the water ripple effect off, is stored in your own browser and never leaves it. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no cookie banner.
Who else touches your data
A few services process data on our behalf, each under its own privacy terms:
- Formspree delivers the enquiry form to our inbox.
- Cal.com runs the call booking page.
- Vercel hosts the site and runs the cookieless analytics.
- Google (Gmail) and WhatsApp carry the conversations you start with us there.
Some of these companies store data outside India. By using those channels you accept that transfer.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aaryaman.golf@gmail.com and we will do it. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
