The brief

Hýdor is "the hotel the sea moved into": a hotel concept in Oia, Santorini, where the water comes up to the door. The site had to make that idea felt rather than explained, and keep reserving one move away.

What was made

A site told in chapters, starting at the threshold: white walls, lanterns, olive trees in urns and a pool that runs to the doorway. The sea rises as you scroll, the wordmark sits in the water, and "reserve" stays at the top of every screen.

The detail

The type is light and wide, the way the name is set on the building; the motion is slow, because the place is. It is a concept site, made to show what a hospitality brand can feel like on a screen.
